Since technology has a profound importance and impact on our field, renovation was our number one plan and we took to it to a whole new level. As a result, our packing house is now deemed as one of the very few well equipped and technologically advanced packing houses in the Egyptian market.

Our Quality Department is divided into 3 main sectors;

1. Quality control department

Responsible for the final product inspection by submitting hourly reports on the production and packing lines to meet the customers expectations.

2. Raw Fruit Department

Qualified personnel responsible for receiving and inspecting the fruits before entering the packing line to ensure they meet our quality standards.

3. Research and Business Development department.

Responsible for recruiting the qualified personnel and placing them in the right positions and following up with them.

Also responsible for providing new trainings and courses to elevate their experience.

Moreover, the department is responsible for researching the latest techniques regarding cultivation and machinery used in our packing house

Two very imperative processes take place in our facility.

1. All Packaging materials (carton boxes, wrapping paper, paper corners, wooden pallets, and chemicals) are thoroughly inspected before usage.
2. Once the products are received by the customer, we keep following up with them to make sure that our fruits are as expected if not better.
